Chouaïb GUIRA, individual entrepreneur (EI), trading as C.G Solutions — 7 rue de Laubanie, 68600 Neuf-Brisach, France. For any question about your data: chouaib.guira@gmail.com or +33 7 60 06 50 91.
What this website collects
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, e-mail address and message (required to answer you), and, if you choose to give them, your organisation, the type of inquiry, the product concerned and your timeframe.
To deliver your inquiry and limit abuse, the contact service also processes your IP address for a few minutes; it is not stored. The hosting provider keeps technical connection logs (such as IP address and time of request) for the security and operation of the service.
The website sets no cookies, uses no other tracker, and loads nothing from third parties: no analytics, advertising, social-network buttons or external fonts. No consent banner is therefore needed.
AI Project Architect
The AI Project Architect can be used without an account and without giving your name, e-mail address or company. Your answers stay in your browser tab (session storage) until you generate an outline; they are erased when you close the tab or choose “Clear my answers”.
When AI-assisted analysis is active, your structured answers and your description are sent to OpenAI, acting as a processor, to draft the outline — after e-mail addresses, links, long numbers and key-like strings have been removed automatically. Processing may take place outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under the safeguards OpenAI offers (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). The website asks OpenAI not to store the generated response; OpenAI may keep request data for up to 30 days to monitor abuse and, by default, does not use it to train its models.
To protect the service against abuse and limit its cost, the website counts analyses per day without any personal data, and uses a pseudonymous identifier computed from your IP address with a secret key held by the website, which changes every day: it is attached to the request sent to OpenAI to help detect abuse, and, where a usage counter is configured, kept for at most 25 hours. Your IP address itself is not sent to OpenAI, and neither your answers nor your description are stored by the website or written to its logs.
The legal bases are the steps you take before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and the legitimate interest in answering your request and protecting the service (art. 6(1)(f)). The outline is preliminary information: no decision producing legal effects is made automatically.
Your answers pass through the website’s analysis function only to reach OpenAI as described; they are not stored there. No inquiry reaches C.G Solutions unless you choose to send the outline with the contact form, after reviewing and editing it; it is then handled like any other inquiry, as described above.
Purposes and legal bases
Your inquiry is used only to answer it and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal — on the basis of the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and of the legitimate interest in answering the people who make contact (art. 6(1)(f)). Connection logs serve the security of the website (legitimate interest).
No automated decision or profiling takes place, and your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Recipients and transfers
Your inquiry reaches C.G Solutions only. Two processors take part: Resend, Inc. (United States), which delivers the e-mail, and Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the website. The website itself stores no inquiry. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards these providers offer — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, unless a contract follows, in which case the rules applying to that contract take over. Connection logs are kept by the host for the period stated in its own policy.
Your rights
You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and give instructions on what happens to it after your death, by writing to chouaib.guira@gmail.com. A reply is given within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07), or with the authority of your country of residence.
